Dr. Mark P. Modera, is the Director of the UC-Davis Western Cooling Efficiency Center (WCEC) and is a Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC-Davis. Mark is also the Sempra Utilities Distinguished Scholar in Energy Efficiency and an Adjunct Professor in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department. Dr. Modera was formerly a Vice President with Carrier Corporation and worked at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). He was a Principal Investigator at LBNL on many research projects and developed a new research program focused on thermal energy distribution in buildings. While at LBNL, he developed on aeroseal-based dust sealing process, and he subsequently established Aeroseal, Inc. to commercialize the technology. Dr. Modera's broad experience in research, business, entrepreneurship, education and regulatory environments ideally qualifies him for his current position, leading the WCEC in its mission of partnering to advance energy-efficient cooling systems.

Mark is the Scientific Advisor to Aeroseal as well as sits on the Board of Directors.

Amit Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer for Aeroseal, LLC. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Gupta held various positions with Carrier Corporation in Indianapolis and with TATA Motors in Portugal and India. He most recently served as Group Manager, product management at Carrier and has a background and experience in sales, supply chain management, operations and marketing arenas. Mr. Gupta also has a progressive background in developing long-term strategies and processes for multi-billion dollar organizations. He possesses the international experience and diverse capabilities required to grow the Aeroseal brand with the help of a strong team from the heating and air conditioning industry. Mr. Gupta has a clear, strong vision to bring your a business opportunity like no other...to be a leader in an up and coming industry with a product described as "Aeroseal, the Only Duct-Sealing Solution."

Neal Walsh is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Aeroseal, LLC. Prior to his role as Vice President, Mr. Walsh was Vice President at Airefco Inc. for over 8 years and has several years experience with Carrier Corporation. Mr. Walsh has extensive knowledge in the HVAC arena for both commercial and residential applications along with expertise in distribution, dealer, and sales team management and development.

Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and a MBA from Yale School of Management.

Vijay Kollepara is the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for Aeroseal, LLC. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kollepara worked for Carrier Corporation for six years in various Operations and Supply Chain roles and launched key Residential and Light Commercial HVAC product platforms that drove energy efficiencies. He also held the position of Vice President for Megaputer Intelligence, where he led new business and channel partnerships and set up analytical consulting business as well as held various engineering roles and led new capacity expansions projects during his 10 years at NOCIL Petrochemicals, a Royal Dutch Shell JV. Mr. Kollepara brings to the table a diverse industry experience and expertise in Supply Chain, Engineering and Vendor Development.

Mr. Kollepara holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai and a MBA from Kelly School of Business.

Brian Farmer is the Product Specialist for Aeroseal, LLC. Brian has been with Aeroseal for several years and is instrumental to the Aeroseal technology. He is an expert on how the Aeroseal machine and system work and has extensive knowledge with the Aeroseal process.
