- Phase 1 – Audit & Evaluation: We conduct remote preliminary qualification of your project by gathering data and inspecting the site to ensure an efficient and effective project plan.
- Phase 2 – Model & Plan: This includes our investment-grade audit. Using one of our four energy models, we calculate duct leakage and provide data that can inform project energy savings models. This phase also includes any demonstrations of our technology.
- Phase 3 – Repair, Clean, Sanitize, and Seal: After handling any repairs or cleaning needs, the Aeroseal team seals the ductwork to ensure the building’s HVAC system can operate at peak efficiency.
- Phase 4 – Measurement & Verification: Our software tracks and verifies all project work before issuing a certificate of completion.
The first two phases map from an ESCOs pre-RFP ECM identification and internal risk review through RFP submission and investment grade audit. Phases three and four align with an ESCO’s project implementation and all follow-up verification of results.
