Aeroseal started in 1993 in Dr. Mark Modera’s California garage, where he invented a breakthrough aerosol-based technology, Aeroseal. Since then, Aeroseal has grown into its own entity and community through a passion for creating a brighter and healthier future for the planet and those who live on it.
We share our mission and values with audience members such as builders, dealers (prospective and current), energy leaders, construction, and consumers.

Aeroseal is improving the lives of people worldwide by delivering comfort, healthy air, and substantial energy savings through industry-leading envelope air-sealing technologies.

Why We Do It

Most of the homes and buildings in which we live and work have air ducts that leak air like a cheap pool float. In other words, a lot. In this modern building era, this became a common problem; one that contractors and homeowners just accepted. Aeroseal wants to build awareness around living a quality life without fear of the air we breathe.

Aeroseal’s headquarters are in Miamisburg, Ohio, but Aeroseal dealers reside across the world, making the air-sealing solutions accessible everywhere.
